When you love cheese and savory pancakes, mix it all together to create a buckwheat galette with raclette! An easy and quick recipe that will delight you with minimal effort 🙂 Naturally gluten-free, this is a galette you can share without issues with your allergic/intolerant guests. Serve it with a mixed salad and… enjoy!
Ingredients
For the onions:
- 1 tsp butter
- 1/4 onion
For the galette:
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 buckwheat galette
- 1/2 cooked potato
- 2 slices of raclette cheese (or cheddar slices)
- 1 slice of pancetta

- 1 frying pan
Preparation

Step 1:
Prepare the onion: cut it into slices. In a frying pan, melt the butter and then sauté the onion until translucent.

Step 2:
Melt the butter in a hot frying pan, then place the galette in it. Add the cooked potato slices, the onions, the cheese slices, and then the pancetta.

Step 3:
When the cheese is melted (about 5 minutes of cooking), fold the galette by bringing the edges together.

Step 4:
It’s ready! Eat it immediately!
